  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable or as required by applicable law.

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
